Even though I am not afraid to fly, I get mild attacks at boarding time, takeoff and landing. I think they are a result of flying with food poisoning several times and not being able to get out of my seat when necessary. I have been taking 1 AllunaSleep tablet (Valerian) when I fly and it works.
