You are what you eat! I’m a firm believer in that statement. Eating healthy, not just fruits an veggies but organic foods with natural supplements have kept me healthy for many years now.
I don’t use your basic everyday multi-vitamin only cuz your body digests about 5% of it. If you take notice your urine is bright yellow/orange after taking one of these. That’s the other 95% of it. Something to do with the processing, your body does not recognize the properties and discards them as waist.
