Blisters!
Ive recently gone back to training tae kwon do on a hard wood floor and I forgot how quickly spinning kicks can give you blisters. I havent had blisters this bad since I first began training. After last nights practice I couldnt walk. Even today im wearing two pairs of socks and soft soled shoes to get around. Back then I used to just keep pivoting until the blister ripped off and then tape the foot up and keep going, but Ive heard if you allow the blisters to dry out and reform eventually they will form a thick callous and make the foot tougher than losing the blister and letting the skin grow back.
Any knowledge on this out there?
