No, she provides a lot of other evidence. The letters are taken into consideration, but she comes right out and says that the Ripper definitly didn't write all of them.
It's interesting, though, the DNA found on the Ripper letters matches DNA found on Sickert letters. The Ripper letters include diction that Sickert was fond of. Not to mention one of the Ripper letters is signed R. St., which was one of the ways Sickert abbreviated his name.
