The graphic novel version of From Hell is much more interesting, though it gets slightly insane towards the end.
I remember reading about Patricia Cornwell's book- she takes a lot of the letters that were supposedly sent by the Ripper very seriously, doesn't she? In fact, I think she counts more of them as real than any one person could possibly have written, but please correct me if I'm wrong.
