there are tons of other things you could do. the question lies in how open the 2 of you are. there are inanimate objects you could introduce.. i.e. sex toys, food, etc., there's anal sex, there's making love in dangerous places, there's voyeurism.. watching each other masturbate.. the list goes on and on...
