Crantini Jelly *A great gift idea!
2 cups cranberry juice
3 1/2 cups sugar
1 pouch Certo liquid pectin
1/4 cup each vodka and vermouth
Measure cranberry juice into a large saucepan.
Add sugar and mix well. Place pan over high heat. Bring to a full roiling boil and boil hard for one minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Immediately stir in pectin, vodka and vermouth.
Quickly pour into warm, sterilized jars filing them up to 1/4 inch from the rim.
Seal while hot.
