Buy one and check out the backlit LCD. It's worth it. I bought mine for $99 and I've played the hell out of it. I own all of the consoles, and I still play the SP frequently. Advance Wars, the Castlevanias, and Final Fantasy Tactics Advance are worth the purchase of it. And it feels damn cool in your hands.
I've realized that the only reason I hated Gameboy before was the lack of backlit screens. Well, this is it. This is the perfect way a Gameboy should have been released. If you're interested at all, trust me, it's worth it!
