Anyhow, Mael is right...not much you can do except wait till it "shrinks" back to normal or have a tummy tuck to get rid of that excess skin. Getting fat does horrible things with your skin...you basically lose the elasticity of it from it being stretched so much (sort of like some socks do). To make matters worse, as we get older our skin naturally loses its elasticity therefore even making that flabby skin syndrom worse for people losing a lot of weight in ages above their 20s. Either way, you have lost the weight and that is something to be proud of

. Give the loose skin some time to retract is the best advice I could give ya.
