Hello
Well I had a question, I love working out and lifting weights for the fact it makes me feel great and its a great way to kill time. 2 years ago I was at 225 pounds, now I'm at 170ish, I'm 5"10. Now that I've lost 50somewhat pounds I feel great and healthier then ever but I still have a gut and loose skin on my stomach from when I was 225 and I wanna know how I can tone it. I run a few miles every other day and switch on and off liftings weights etc. Hope yall can help me. Thanks in advance.
