In all fairness... is it even plausible for someone who uses 'stupider' to apply it to someone?

Ya know... I wouldn't really blame people for not adjusting to a new environment. I, for example, wouldn't know the first thing about about living in snow. I have lived in Southern California since I was 5 and it has snowed at this elevation a total of ONE time. That was in 1988. I was in elementry school. Yeah, so, I feel sorry for you all who have to wear parkas year 'round. Eh.
