I tried the oujia board the first time when I was in 3rd grade. I got so fascinated with the thing I bought my own. I don't know if this thing really works or not but it got freaky. Once in awhile some "ZAZ" character would start controlling the eye piece and start going nuts and spelling weird words. A story I was told was if one of us were to let go without saying "Goodbye" some thing bad would happen to that person. So, this "ZAZ" characer would go nuts and we would ask it if we could go "Goodbye", but he would go "No". This freaked us out, and we would ask again nicely, and it would go "Yes" then "Goodbye". Another story I was told was if the owner was to throw away the board, it would come back. Give it to someone, then that person was burdened with it. So, I gave it away to a friend. I haven't talked to this guy since. I don't know if this thing is the real deal or not, but its freaky.
