That's disgusting. It may be the company's "Policy" to not sell used underwear but some of those items can be pretty expensive so retailers will try to re-sell them so they don't take a loss on the merchandise.
It's sick that they would re-sell underwear, financial bottom-line or not, but it's also pretty bad that there are so many people who will buy something for a one-night out and return it.
