| As early as I can remember...3? 4? I remember reading about orgasms in a sex ed book in 5th grade and thinking "oh so THAT'S what those are!" I don't know if I was overly precocious or if children have been so idealized and desexualized that we just never talk about it like it's a normal thing for prepubescent kids. Not that kids SHOULD be sexualized...but you know what I mean. Kids aren't looked at as having any kind of sexual identity or agency, pretty much.
