All of those problems need to be fixed, too. But one thing at a time. Let's get the important stuff out of the way. Besides, if we don't litter butts, the homeless people will have cleaner streets to sleep on. I know, lets sell american cigarettes to countries we don't like, so they will all die of cancer. Oh wait, we already sell cigarettes to other countries.
