Here's one that I haven't heard yet:
I did a thing. It wasn't an accident or something I did without thinking about it.
I did it on purpose. I did it purposely.
AARRRRGHH!!!! PURPOSELY!? That's NOT a word!!
The other common derivative of this is to use "Purposefully" in the same sense. Purposefully means "with purpose", not "on purpose".
The word you're after is INTENTIONALLY.
