As for supplements.. my roommate says I'm going to wake up glowing one day! I take whey (Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey - good shit!), creatine, multivitamins,
Joint Boost, and Ripped Fuel.
I think the creatine is really helping because a few days into maintanance I noticed that I was lifting a whole lot more!
