I'm geussing your stress has caused gastritis- an inflammation of the lining of the stomach. A good product to try is pepcid complete- it combines an antacid with a longer acting drug called an H2 antagonist(like zantac and tagamet) and its over the counter.
I think Mael is right on target too- get it checked out if the OTC med doesn't help in a couple weeks
