Im a very vivid dreamer and dream about sex quite often, I have as long as I can remember ( Im 35),...I would say I orgasm in my sleep an average of once a week (and I do get sex reguarly...lol new boyfriend syndrome) it doesnt wake me up, BUT I do know that its happening
