Bud I swear I am not an Xp Fanboy or trying to start a flamewar... That being said we would have to look at what DLL's are expiring and their function. Could be the DLL's that expire have to do with the product registration. The DLL's could just be used one time for installation and then remove themselves after a set period of time (assuming satisfied installation). DLL's can be instructional (telling the program where to allocate memory/ or prioritize system resources) or they can hold data.
Bottom line is, it could be bad and it could be good. It could be nothing....
Just because a .dll expires doesn't mean it is a bad thing.
