Standing from attempting to talk with the strange rogue, Thantos asks,
"Duke, I received the summons from you to assist in determining the cause of mysterious occurances and if deemed to be evil, to bring the evil to an end. However, the summons did not describe any of the mysterious occurances. In order that we may be better prepared for this adventure might we not hear some of the tales that have been spread?
I realize many may be overly exaggerated, but knowledge is power when facing the unknown."
"Regardless, I will proceed on this quest for evil is likely the cause of anything unexplained. I accept your offer for money and food."
Finished, Thantos bowed deeply and moved over to the table, grabbed a money bag from the table. Sliding the bag into his belt without looking at its contents, he moved back from the table and stood waiting expectantly for something to happen.
