Cod liver oil tablets
Hi all
A few years back I was involved in a car crash, nearly said goodbye to it all, but now I am all healed except for my right knee joint. No jogging on roads for me.
My mum ( bless her) has got me cod liver oil tablets -
I am serious
~ will I smell of fish ( as per garlic tablets), I do not eat Fish nor does my girlfriend,so it is quite an issue.
~Do they actually do any good for ligament tissue/ joints ( not spliff rolling jokes), these tablets are not cheap and I hope to live abit longer.
~ are there any alternatives?
