Why wouldn't Ohio State get the chance to play in the Sugar if they defeat Michigan? Ohio State should get some credit for playing a tough schedule while USC beats up on the Arizona's of the world.
If all else is equal (one loss apiece), shouldn't the team with the most impressive victories (best schedule strength) get the nod?
