aggh, this might be a bit weird? but does anyone use music to get them going to sleep or really help relax themselves such that it's easy to go to sleep?
i remember i might've had some song when i was a kid or something, but know i've found my own thing :P
Sometimes if i have trouble sleeping, i can do other "things" to get to sleep
but sometimes music really helps as well.
Anyway,
Aphex Twin Selected ambient works volume 2 has a really relaxing feel for me and sometimes helps me get to sleep, although i end up the stero on which is maybe a waste of electricity?
Anyone els euse any music for this kinda of stuff?
even for some kind of meditation which requires some kind of deep relaxation/escapism?
