Calming my stomach
Ok, I've been pretty stressed out lately, which has been causing a number of unwanted side effects, most of these I can deal with. But it is causing my stomach to churn and create excess gas. I'm trying to cut down on my stress level and to tell the truth, I don't feel that stressed out. But I can't cut my stress to zero and I have been stresed out for several months now; this is causing horrible stomach pains. Can anyone think of any teas or medicine or anything else that might calm my stomach down? It is driving me up the wall (which isn't helping).
