I've taken I10 to 301, and jumped on I75 at Ocala. It's less miles, but takes about the same amount of time as keeping to the highways.
For some interest, I might stay on I95 until just south of Jax Beach, then enjoy A1A along the beach for a while, jump back on 95, and cut across the state on 4. A1A is a very pleasant drive along the dunes.
