Be careful because maybe something is waiting to take your body.
Here are some things I remember...
*Aspirin helps
*Tempereature of the room should be so you can't feel if it's hot or cold.
*Head should pointed north, feet south.
*Be completely relaxed and try to sleep, then when you feel yourself slipping into a dream, try to imagine yourself lifting out of your heavy body.
*If you try too hard it wont happen.
Keep in mind that there has never been any concrete proof that there is a such thing as out of body experiences, that most of what people feel and see could be a trick of the mind.
