Greek Pie
Ingredients
1 package of wonton wraps
feta cheese
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. cut up black olives
Minced garlic to taste
Preparation
Spread wonton wraps out onto a floured counter.
Drain the amount of feta cheese to suit your taste. Mix with ricotta cheese. Add beaten egg and olives and garlic. Add salt and pepper and seasonings of your choice.
Put a teaspoon of cheese mixture into center of wonton wrap.
Dip your finger into water and wet edges of wraps and fold wraps into triangles. Pinch edges together.
Put a tablespoon of vegetable oil or margarine into a frying pan add wraps and cook until golden brown, serve warm or cold.
