I had the idea once to do a show like that, but do it in Fear Factor style.
Work out exactly how much they were willing to do to become the next big thing.
You could do one for men and one for women.
For the men: jump right in at the deep end, they have to have sex with an overweight 65 year old woman and they are rated on how long they can stay erect. If they reach the money moment, they automatically make it to the next round.
Following this, the men's next challenge is simple. All the remaining competitors go into a refrigerated room. The first 4 to get hard make it to the next round
