Be sure to go over everything in the apartment and be anal. There's nothing worse then moving in, and getting a case of diarrhea only to find the toliet doesn't flush properlly. Check stove bruners and make sure they work, be sure the fridge is cold, no leaky pipes under the sink etc...
Ok so the diarrhea may be extreme, but hey...it could happen...
