Recipe of the Day - November 12 (baked fudge)
Baked Fudge
Ingredients
4 eggs
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup flour
Preparation
Cream eggs and sugar.
Add melted butter.
Sift flour and cocoa together and add to mixture.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Pour into 9x12 inch greased pan.
Set in a pan of hot water and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until crusty on top and soft inside.
Serve warm with scoop of ice cream and garnish with maraschino cherry.
