IIRC both the male and female urethra (sp?) close during sexual arousal, not permitting urine to pass.
I'm not 100% sure for the girls...just remember reading it somewhere.
I agree, female ejaculation is, in my limited experience, a wonderful thing to be celebrated and enjoyed.
