I'm reluctant to mod my xbox... I know most of the chips have the on/off toggles, but if you screw up once and leave it on when you boot up Live, MS will lock you out of the Live service. So far a couple of my buddies have had it happen... and MS records the MAC ad of you XBOX and from what I hear its real hard to get you xbox to emulate a new MAC. Just my 2c
