We drove down the canyon and I was at peace. Everything was so new, and somehow I felt I had known this girl forever. We drove around the town for a while until I spotted the new grand hotel that had just opened. I asked her if she would like to go check it out, and she said sure. We parked the car in the underground parking and she pulled me to her. We kissed again and I never wanted this night to end. Just then a car pulled in so we sat up and smiled at each other. We got out of the car and walked up the stairs to the lobby. The lobbey was decorated with beautiful antiques and soft , rich carpet. We waled around for a minute and a fellow asked us if we needed any help. We were just looking around, I said. He said take your time. We walked over to the elavator and pushed the top floor button. The door closed and she put her arms around me.

She pulled me close to her and kissed my ear. Shivers ran down my neck and I got goosebumps all over my arm. It felt like it was 100 degrees in there but I did'nt mind. We kissed again and I started running my hands up and down her back. I slid my hand up to her hair and ran my fingers thropugh it. I looked at her arm and she had goosebumps too. I reached over and hit the stop button on the elavator. She just smiled at me. I sat down on the bench and pulled her onto my lap. We started kissing again and I started to hear bells. I shook my head and realized the alarm had gone off. We jumped up and I hit to go button, and the elavator lurched downward. She wasn't smiling now, there was a look of worry in her eyes.I looked at her and told her not to worry, we would be alright. The elavator was moving faster now, and we were still going down. Why did I have to stop it at the 69th floor I thought. All of a sudden it started slowing down, and I looked up and we were to the second floor. The elavator slowed and the lobby light came on. We stopped and the doors began to open.
