There's a pretty good diet plan (so I hear, I'm trying to cut, mainly) called Massive Eating or something like that. It was developed by a scientist/body builder/whatever over on
www.t-mag.com (I'll try to find the specific link). Okay, it's in some sorta java script window, and I'm not computer literate enough to link it, but if you go to
www.t-mag.com and do a search for Massive Eating, it'll pop up.
It isn't so much specific meals, but just guidelines for planning your meals to maximize size gain. It's pretty informative, and very in-depth.
