Elmore Lenonard is in my top ten writers list.
He kicks ass when it comes to crime writing and his westerns are good too.
Many of his books have been made into movies, some great 'Fifty-Two Pickup' and others not so 'Stick'.
This is because his characters are interesting, complex and gritty.
The plots move quickly and keep you on your toes.
I would recommend just about anything of his.
