Nice! The old smaller displacement Hondas are good, cheap fun. IIRC, the CB350's are somewhat rare, only having been made for a coupla years.
As to ignition switches, the standard trick that CB750 owners use is the Walmart el-cheapo 4-position switch. If you wire it right, you not only replace your ignition, but do away with the need for a seperate starter button (if your bike isn't kick only).
Nonetheless, good choice!
