Dano, yeah, we're looking for a female third and realize that'll be a little harder to find. Hell, the odds of anything happening via a board like this are probably pretty slim, but it's always worth investigating.

motdakasha, I friggin' laughed so hard at your description of NOC that I literally did a spit take. Know that I plan to steal that description and spring it on the NOC at my office!
