Just make sure that you ask her out when you call BEFORE she gets a chance to say, "Gotta run! Can I call you back later?"
And if she doesn't respond in an interested manner, or pulls the "Well, let me see and call you back..." then dump her. She isn't worth the shit you're gonna end up going through if you stick around. You deserve better, friend!
