I used to work night shifts and that fucked up my sleeping paterns for a long time....
couldn't sleep some nights (days)....
Here's a mix you can try (carefully though) two shots of Nyquil and one Nytol (sleeping pill) knocked me out for over 12 hours... had to pee something fierce when I woke up though....
