Why would you want him to stay? It appears to me he is a college coach who is trying to adapt a pro team to a college style instead of adapting his coaching methods to a pro style.
Snyder spends the big bucks on players and coaches and expects immediate results. He's not about waiting for a couple years for things to develop. Patience is definately not one of his strong points.
I belive Spurrier better be lining up a new job if he intends to keep coaching. End of this season he's gonna get a big seeya.
