Low waisted jeans on chics are one of the most wonderful things in the world. Personally, I prefer it when they can pull off the look without looking like sluts, but since it's just eye candy when I'm walking through the mall, anything goes! Just please, please, please, don't wear them unless you are absolutely free of bodyfat around your waist.
