Well, ratbastid I am glad this diet works for you and you recite Dr. Atkin's info like you work for them
. I am going to have to leave this issue alone because I obviously will always have conflicting opinions about this diet then the people who are on it. We will just go in circles and nobody will be convinced. Atkins' fans are more rabid then any fan I have seen and I am not here to pick fights and this seems to be leading in that direction.
