This is how I see it:
This guy wants desperatly to do something to lower crimes of a sexual manner. He is highly misguided because he is doing half of a problem and using the answer to it as the whole sollution.
the guy is obviously not thinking clearly.
he is also dabbling in psychology and that can be downright dangerous. he sees this as a way to stop possible rape. i guess he thinks that if you are seen by him and his ghouniess that you will abruptly quit viewing porn, feel ashamed, and never masturbate or fuck again. because we all know masturbation leads to rape.
misguided idiot. an asshole with good intentions is still an asshole.
