Whoa, how do you people know he didn't take her out to dinner (a Happy Meal at McDonald's) and a movie (Finding Nemo) the night before, and maybe even enjoyed a visit to the local mall (where the best mechanical quarter-per-ride horses are), but couldn't get any play (because her parents dropped him home too early so he could watch Spongebob Squarepants)? If you ask me, he's going to have the benefit of the doubt and was just getting what he rightfully deserved.
