Negative. That's not responsible, that's just making sure you don't hurt anyone else. At a real racetrack, or any legal motorsports event, there are people who've been trained to respond correctly in case something goes south. And there are usually ambulances to take people who get hurt to the hospital right away. If you think that street racing can be done responsibly, you're naive. There are stories on the news several times a month about how people die street racing or watching street racing (or are in the wrong place when someone else is street racing). I read most of the import performance magazines, and talented people in the industry are always dying in street races several times a year, if not more often.
