I only enjoy watching the Stanley Cup playoffs, because the regular season is almost meaningless until the second half when the mediocre teams are fighting to make it in. I think that if they went with a system more like baseball and had fewer teams, they would make the regular season a lot better.
Also, getting rid of a couple teams couldn't hurt either.
