All depends on the remix.
There a shitload of crappy Top40 to house or breaks remixes.
A lot of the time with remixes, they're just trying to squeeze as much out of the song as they can.
One thing I do hate though, is songs that are 'remixes' but sound nothing like the original. Not even the same hook or lyrics. Might as well be its own damn song....
