I don't know if I can help you or not but you should give us more information. What are you going as to this halloween party? It would make no sense for us to Photoshop a picture of a shark having sex with a dog -for example- if you were going as a horse.
Also do you have a color printer? More info is better.
I have a pizza coming and the girlfriend is demanding my company so I don't know if I can help you just yet. But for those of us with photoshop and the will to use it... we need more!
