Valotte was a great album. I haven't listened to it in years.

His discography:

1984 - Valotte
1986 - The Secret Value of Daydreaming
1989 - Mr. Jordan
1991 - Help Yourself
1998 - Photograph Smile

I have Valotte and Photograph Smile and I love them both. A lot of critics panned him when he first started as sounding too much like John. My question is, who do you expect him to sound like, Jim Morrison?

Sounding like John is not necessarily a bad thing. I think by his last album, he accepted that and you can certainly hear the influence. I recomend it.
